At RTGHCRAFT, we are committed to providing you with high-quality handcrafted and customized products. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. Please read our Order Cancellation Policy carefully before placing your order.

Cancellation Window

• Customers are allowed to cancel their orders within 1 hour of placing the order.

• After 1 hour of order placement, cancellation requests will not be accepted under any circumstances.

How to Cancel Your Order

• To cancel your order within the allowed timeframe, please contact our customer support team immediately via:

• Please mention your Order ID, registered name, and reason for cancellation when making the request.

Post 1-Hour Policy

• After 1 hour, all orders enter into processing and/or production stage (especially in the case of personalized, customized, or made-to-order items).

• Therefore, no cancellations will be accepted after this period.

• No refunds or changes will be processed once the cancellation window has expired.

Refund Policy on Cancellation

• If the order is cancelled within 1 hour and meets all conditions, a full refund will be issued to your original mode of payment within 5-7 working days.

• No refund will be provided for cancellation requests made after the 1-hour window.

Exceptions

• RTGHCRAFT reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Non-availability of the product.

  • Errors in product or pricing information.

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.

• In such cases, a full refund will be issued regardless of the cancellation timeframe.

Important Notes

• Customized products are made specifically for you and cannot be reused. Hence, strict cancellation timelines are necessary.

• Please double-check your order details (product, size, customization notes, delivery address) before confirming the order.
