At RTGHCRAFT, we take great pride in crafting and delivering high-quality, customized wooden, acrylic, and handcrafted products. Each item is carefully made to meet your expectations. However, we understand that in rare cases, returns may be necessary. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted under the following condition:

  • Manufacturing Defect: If the product you receive is damaged, defective, broken, or has a visible manufacturing fault, you are eligible to request a return or replacement.

We do not accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Change of mind after order placement.

  • Incorrect personalization details provided by the customer.

  • Minor variations in color, design, grain, or texture, as these are natural characteristics of handcrafted items.

  • Any request raised beyond the return window.


Return Request Procedure

To request a return:

  1. You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Send a clear photo/video of the product showing the defect along with your Order ID to:

  3. Our quality control team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

If your return request is approved:

  • The product must be packed safely and returned in its original packaging.

  • You are responsible for shipping the product back to us unless we arrange a reverse pickup (subject to availability).


Refund Policy

  • If the returned product is approved and verified to have a manufacturing defect, you may choose between:

    • A replacement product (free of cost), or

    • A refund as per the conditions below.

Refund Deductions (for non-defective return cases approved under rare exceptions):

If a return is accepted for reasons other than a manufacturing defect, the following deductions will apply:

  • 30% of the product value will be deducted as restocking and handling charges.

  • Courier/shipping charges (both forward and return) will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after product inspection.


Important Notes

  • Customized, engraved, or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.

  • We recommend taking an unboxing video for faster and smoother claim processing.

  • Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected by our quality team.
