At RTGHCRAFT, we take great pride in crafting and delivering high-quality, customized wooden, acrylic, and handcrafted products. Each item is carefully made to meet your expectations. However, we understand that in rare cases, returns may be necessary. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted under the following condition:

Manufacturing Defect: If the product you receive is damaged, defective, broken, or has a visible manufacturing fault, you are eligible to request a return or replacement.

We do not accept returns under the following conditions:

Change of mind after order placement.
Incorrect personalization details provided by the customer.
Minor variations in color, design, grain, or texture, as these are natural characteristics of handcrafted items.
Any request raised beyond the return window.

Return Request Procedure

To request a return:

You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
Send a clear photo/video of the product showing the defect along with your Order ID to:

Our quality control team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

If your return request is approved:

The product must be packed safely and returned in its original packaging.
You are responsible for shipping the product back to us unless we arrange a reverse pickup (subject to availability).

Refund Policy

If the returned product is approved and verified to have a manufacturing defect, you may choose between:
- A replacement product (free of cost), or
- A refund as per the conditions below.

Refund Deductions (for non-defective return cases approved under rare exceptions):

If a return is accepted for reasons other than a manufacturing defect, the following deductions will apply:

30% of the product value will be deducted as restocking and handling charges.
Courier/shipping charges (both forward and return) will be deducted from the refund amount.
The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after product inspection.

Important Notes

Customized, engraved, or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
We recommend taking an unboxing video for faster and smoother claim processing.
Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected by our quality team.
